Glenn Mitchell has worked in the Finance Industry for over 35 years, in various senior corporate roles within Funds Management , Banking and Aggregation roles. Over the past 20 years specialising in the broking sector for Commercial Finance. Glenn is a Fellow of the MFAA being a past board member and has won a number of awards within the finance industry. Most recent in 2017 “ABA awards as Thought Leader Of The Year” for his work in delivering education and training for Commercial for the mortgage broking sector . 

Guy has been involved in financial services for over 25 years, starting in the UK and moving to Melbourne in 2000. As an ex-Olympic swimmer, Guy is driven to succeed in everything he does as well as helping those around him to achieve their goals. He loves seeing Banjo’s clients and partners grow and succeed. He believes Banjo have a responsibility to help drive the sustained growth of Australian SME's by allowing them to access the funds they need to succeed.

Donelle Brooks

Donelle started her career in media, with a “Girl Friday” role in the sports department of The Examiner Newspaper in Tasmania.

In her 10 years between Vodafone and Telstra she advanced from Team Leader and then Operations establishing business centres for Telstra on the Gold Coast in the late 2000’s.

In 2008 Donelle moved to a broker role covering consumer and commercial finance, her experience in these areas helped her move across to commercial lending in 2011 as a Senior Lending Manager and then Operations Manager for Speedy Finance.

Wanting to focus on “education and giving back” Donelle moved into the National BDM role for Business Fuel in 2018. In 2020 Donelle joined SME Digital disruptor “Lend” as the Head of 3rd Party. Donelle is a focused leader & hopes to make a difference in the SME/Commercial Lending space with her passion for arming brokers with the right education for writing business in the commercial/ SME space and hopes to get the industry working smarter harder.
